At Xoran, Customer Service is the cornerstone of our business. Every day we strive to deliver exceptional service to our customers. We want to be easy to do business with and have designed our service delivery accordingly.
Our customer service department is designed for responsiveness. Every call to our support center is answered by one of our highly skilled customer service engineers who can immediately provide assistance. Our service staff is trained to provide installation, on site service, phone support as well as product training. The intent of this business model is to reduce the number of people involved in a service event and to simplify the process of obtaining assistance.
We use technologies that allow us to remotely connect to our entire installed base from our support center in Ann Arbor Michigan. Each system installed is capable of “calling in sick” via our state of the art error log monitoring system. We use various remote diagnostic tools to insure maximum uptime when a problem does occur. We also use this connectivity to provide training and preventative maintenance for our contract customers.
