Commonwealth ENT of Louisville, KY and the University of Pennsylvania, two pilot sites for the accreditation application process, were granted approval and official accreditation as imaging facilities by the ICACTL. Commonwealth ENT utilizes MiniCAT for their CT imaging needs and the University of Pennsylvania is a MiniCAT™ and xCAT™ ENT customer.

The accreditation provides patients, staff, and insurance payors with confirmation that CT scans are being performed safely and effectively by qualified equipment and personnel.
