Environmental Conditions
It is recommended that MiniCAT™ is operated in a climate-controlled clinical or hospital
environment. Changes in temperature may cause the system to require additional calibration.
Operating Requirements

50 to 95 degrees Fahrenheit

(10 to 40 degrees Celsius)

45% to 75% humidity

Transportation and Storage Requirements

32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit

(0 to 40 degrees Celsius)

30% to 80% humidity

Heat Dissipation Approx. 500W / 1700 BTU/hr

Caution: Allow system temperature to adapt to room temperature before powering up MiniCAT™ scanner hardware or workstation/server.

Installation/Relocation
MiniCAT™ cannot be installed or relocated by the user. Proper and safe setup requires
specialized training and must be performed by a Xoran Technologies Customer Service
engineer. Call Xoran 1-800-70-XORAN (800-709-6726) for assistance.

Apparent Resistance of Supply Mains

For the purpose of obtaining the apparent resistance of supply mains on the MiniCAT™ CT system, resistance is determined according to the following formula:

                                                       U0 – U1
                                               R= –––––––––
                                                            I1
Where:

     U0 is the no-load MAINS VOLTAGE.
     U1 is the MAINS VOLTAGE under load.
     I1 is the mains current under load.

MiniCAT™ CT system utilize single-phase power. Measurements were performed between phase and neutral. Measured results:
     U0 = 121.1V AC
     U1 = 120.7V AC
     I1 = 8.3A

Result: Apparent Resistance of Supply Mains (R) = 0.048ohms
