Management Team
	Predrag 'Pedja' Sukovic (Co-Founder, President, and CEO) Pedja has experience designing and developing instrumentation and signal/image processing algorithms for medical imaging. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and a Ph.D in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
	Stephen Meier (General Manager) Steve joined Xoran Technologies in early 2006 to grow the customer service business and was the Director of Customer Service for one year. He transitioned to lead the sales efforts in 2008. In the ten years prior to joining Xoran, he held service management positions with Philips Medical, Xerox Engineering Systems and Instron Corporation. Steve also brings eleven years of experience as a senior field service engineer for Thermo-Haake. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Social Science with a minor in business from Eastern Michigan University and an AAS in Electrical Technology from Rockland Community College.
	Maribeth Beatty (Director of Human Resources and Internal Business Systems) Maribeth joined Xoran in 2005 as the company's first dedicated Human Resources Manager. Maribeth has nearly 15 years of experience in creating and managing a Human Resources department in a number of other small to mid-sized companies. In addition to Human Resources, Maribeth now also manages its corporate functional resources, including internal processes, Document Controls, Information Technologies, and Office Administration. She has a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in HRIM.
	Jodie Haberkorn (Controller) Jodie joined Xoran in 2005. Prior to that, Xoran was a client of Jodie’s while she was working at Zalenko and Associates, where she held an Accountant position for five years. Currently, Jodie is assisting the company with introducing “Open Book Management” and continuously educating employees on our financials to help achieve common goals. Jodie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
	Michael Kusner (Director of Research and Development) Mike joined Xoran in July 2006 to support the development of the Xoran xCAT. Currently, Mike leads Research and Development activities and he is responsible for the design and development of Xoran's products. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
	Jeff Miller (Director of Customer Service) Jeff initially joined Xoran in 2006 as a Software Engineer. Jeff currently heads up the Customer Service department and is responsible for ensuring delivery of world class customer service to all current and future Xoran customers. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan and has more than eight years' experience in technical services industries.
	Paul Mueller (Director of Operations) Paul joined Xoran Technologies in 2008 in the role of Quality Engineer to support the ongoing efforts to improve our Quality Management System. Paul's job responsibilities were expanded to include Regulatory Affairs Management including internal process reviews and external reporting. Recently, Paul's current responsibilities have been expanded to include Director of Operations. He brings to Xoran over 20 years of Operations, Quality and Regulatory experience. Paul holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from West Virginia University.
	William van Kampen (Director of New Business Development) Will has been with Xoran since 2005 in numerous roles. He has over fifteen years of professional experience in developing imaging systems for medical and remote sensing applications. Will holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
	Board of Directors
	Neal Clinthorne, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board, is a Senior Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Radiology at the University of Michigan. He has twenty years of experience in the development of medical imaging instrumentation and image processing methods. He is presently the Principal Investigator on four NIH-funded grants, and holds several patents related to medical imaging technology.

	Jacqueline Vestevich, Director, prior to joining Xoran, Ms. Vestevich was Founder, President, and CEO of "A Sign From Above, Inc.", a specialty advertising company. Formerly a shareholder at the law firm of Howard & Howard Attorneys, P.C., she specialized in products liability law, representing Fortune 100 companies. Ms. Vestevich is a graduate of The University of Michigan (BA 1983), and Wayne State University Law School (JD 1986).
	Advisory Board
	Dr. Phillip Scott, Scientific Advisor, is the Director of the Emergency Stroke Team at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. Scott has researched and published extensively in cerebrovascular ischemia and computer applications in emergency medicine. He has served on Steering Committees for Genentech, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, ATLANTIS Stroke Study, and AstraZeneca Stroke Specialists. Dr. Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering; magna cum laude from Duke University (1984), and an M.D. from the University of Louisville School of Medicine (1988).
	Dr. Robert J. Singer, Scientific Advisor, is a nationally recognized neurosurgeon and a Neurovascular Surgeon at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He is the director of Pediatric Neurovascular Therapeutics and the Neurosurgical Director of the Neurointensive care unit. Dr. Singer completed his residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He also completed fellowships in Interventional Neuroradiology at Stanford University Medical Center and Neurovascular Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
	Dr. Jeffrey E. Terrell, Scientific Advisor, is director of the Michigan Sinus Center and Professor at the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Michigan Medical Center. Dr. Terrell specializes in the medical and surgical management of patients with nasal disorders and sinusitis. He holds an M.D. from Harvard University (1988) and completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (1993).
	Stephen M. Humphrey, Business Advisor, is the former President, CEO, and Board member of Graphic Packaging, Inc., a world leader in paperboard, packaging, and packaging machinery, with over $2B in annual sales. Mr. Humphrey has more than 30 years of diverse business experience, including executive positions with National Gypsum Company, Rockwell International, and General Electric Company. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for Hilex Poly LLC a $ 500 Million manufacturer of plastic bags.
